Do you like automating work away until network engineers get it out of the box? A Dutch ministry is looking for a Network Automation Engineer to build and grow the automation of a large, secure IT network.
What you'll do
Design and build scripts and Ansible playbooks that configure and manage the network automatically
Put that automation into CI/CD workflows so administrators can use it straight away
Advise on the automation framework, orchestration and deployment approach
Test your solutions and roll them out together with network engineers and project teams
What you bring
CCNA and CCNA Automation, or equivalent certifications
Solid Python and Linux skills
Proven experience as a Network Automation Engineer setting up a complete automation framework (e.g. Ansible, GitLab, NetBox)
Good knowledge of IP networking and protocols, plus monitoring and logging basics
CCNP Automation or public-sector experience is a plus
