Operations Analyst in Amsterdam

Support portfolio company operations and value creation initiatives.

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our portfolio companies and internal operations. This role offers exposure to operational value creation across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives

Track and analyze portfolio company KPIs

Prepare operational reports and board materials

Assist with post-acquisition integration planning

Coordinate with operating partners on value creation projects

Maintain operational best practices library

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or corporate development

Strong analytical and project management skills

Experience with operational improvement methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or healthcare sectors

Knowledge of lean/Six Sigma methodologies
