Description and Requirements
The Senior Tender Sales Specialist - Infrastructure Solutions will play a critical role in Lenovo's BeNeLux Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), leading complex public sector and large enterprise tender opportunities across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on shaping winning bid strategies, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and developing differentiated infrastructure and services proposals aligned with Lenovo's One Lenovo go-to-market strategy. The position can be based in Brussels or Amsterdam and supports a multi-country territory with extensive collaboration across sales, technical, services, legal, and executive stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Lead the end-to-end qualification, strategy development, and submission process for complex infrastructure, hybrid cloud, AI, and services-related RFPs and tenders.
Assess opportunities and drive bid/no-bid decisions based on commercial, strategic, technical, and competitive considerations.
Define winning proposal strategies, value propositions, executive messaging, and competitive positioning to maximize win probability.
Partner with sales, technical sales, services, finance, legal, delivery, and executive teams to develop differentiated customer-centric solutions.
Act as Lenovo's central coordinator for high-value public sector and large enterprise pursuits across the BeNeLux region.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, contractual requirements, and tender submission standards throughout the proposal lifecycle.
Develop high-quality, persuasive proposal content that clearly communicates customer outcomes, business value, and technical differentiation.
Drive continuous improvement of bid management processes, proposal quality, content libraries, and AI-enabled tender response practices.
What we Look For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Minimum 7 years of experience in tender management, bid management, proposal management, solution consulting, or a related field.
Proven track record managing complex public sector and/or large enterprise RFPs with executive-level visibility.
Experience developing proposals related to infrastructure solutions, datacenter technologies, hybrid cloud, managed services, digital transformation, or AI solutions.
Strong understanding of public procurement processes and willingness to develop expert-level knowledge of procurement legislation within Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Excellent proposal writing, business storytelling, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Advanced proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French language skills are highly desirable.
Experience working within infrastructure vendors, system integrators, managed service providers, cloud providers, or enterprise IT consulting organizations is preferred; APMP certification is considered an advantage.
