Lely seeks a Head of Academy to shape learning and development across the organisation, translating ambitious goals into concrete programmes and governance. You will lead the Lely Academy team and partner with HR to align leadership, culture and talent development with the company’s strategic ambitions. You will work from the Lely Campus in Maassluis, reporting to the HR Director, and collaborate across international teams to drive capability development and ownership among staff.
