A global IT services provider needs a Service Delivery Manager to own the delivery of its managed cyber security services to Dutch clients. You’ll be the link between the security operations teams and the client’s business. You’ll keep services on track, keep clients happy and help shape their security roadmap. What you’ll do
Own and manage SLAs in line with client contracts Act as the escalation point for operational security teams Run service reviews that look back at performance and plan the client’s next steps Produce performance reports and drive continuous improvement Be the main point of contact for clients Lead small scope-change projects (planning, comms, scope control) Spot and implement process improvements What you’ll bring
5+ years in a service delivery or similar role in IT or cyber security Solid cyber security knowledge (understanding, not hands-on engineering) Strong stakeholder skills: you can read the room and adapt to different audiences ITIL v4 Foundation (or similar) HBO degree in IT, Cyber Security or IT Management
