The Security Awareness Content Specialist is a key contributor in helping sales and customer success managers be aware of KnowBe4's vast library content. The ideal candidate is a master of all the content available to our customers and the best practices for implementing security awareness and compliance training programs. This role will develop documentation and assist in answering questions as well as get on calls with customers to assist with questions, facilitate sales, and drive usage. Responsibilities:
Performs review of new content each month and updates recommendation training content documentation for international clients Reviews and communicates top used and rated modules as well as best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using KnowBe4's industry-leading security awareness
