To support our financial growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager to further develop and professionalize our finance organization. Задачи

You manage the monthly closing and prepare consolidated financial reports for the group. You present financial results and developments to the board and shareholder. You develop budgets, forecasts and liquidity projections and monitor financial performance. You analyze costs, revenue and margins by service, customer and location. You monitor working capital and keep control of the group's cash position. You lead the financial administration and coordinate the preparation of the annual accounts and the audit. You guide the financial integration of acquired companies into the administration and reporting structure. Требования

You have completed a higher professional or university degree in business economics, accountancy, finance or a comparable field of study. You have at least six years of work experience in accountancy or in a financial control position. You have experience with financial consolidation and good knowledge of Dutch GAAP. You know financial administration from practical experience and have carried out postings and monthly closings yourself. You are analytically skilled, understand the underlying figures and translate financial analyses into clear management advice. You take initiative, work independently and are willing to ask management critical questions. You work efficiently with Excel. You are interested in further building and professionalizing a finance department within a growing organization. You communicate clearly and convincingly in both Dutch and English.
