As a key partner to both chemical raw material manufacturers and the broader chemical industry, we operate across multiple sectors, including Personal Care, Food, Plastics, Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants. At Keyser Mackay, technology plays a crucial role in supporting our international trading and logistics operations. To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Application Manager who will ensure the reliability, continuity, and optimal performance of our business-critical applications. As Application Manager, you will act as the bridge between users, business stakeholders, and external technology partners. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring that our ERP, CRM, and other core business applications continue to support our growth and operational excellence.
Your Role
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the availability, stability, and continuity of business-critical applications, enabling smooth day-to-day operations and supporting customer-focused processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize business applications, including ERP and CRM systems.
- Process and manage user access requests, permissions, and security controls.
- Act as the key contact for external software vendors and implementation partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, independently or in collaboration with external partners.
