We're seeking an exceptional strategic operator to join JET as Head of Strategy and Operations - Growth. This role combines Management Model ownership with a Chief of Staff function, operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance with direct C-level exposure. This starts as a Head-level role, but it's deliberately designed to evolve. Drive the full strategic planning cycle: from discussions to prioritisation, OKR definition, and budget allocation Identify red flags early, remove cross-functional bottlenecks, and unblock teams to accelerate execution Design and evolve the management model, rituals, and processes as the company scales Act as Chief of Staff to C-level stakeholders, influencing decisions and priorities through insight and context Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business partnering with demonstrable impact Strong analytical and commercial acumen, comfortable with OKRs, dashboards, and performance metrics Experience in high-growth, technology, or marketplace businesses highly desirable PMO or transformation experience beneficial Self-starter guided by company priorities, not local agendas Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
