What you'll do You will lead a team of 19 international finance professionals (5 direct reports), define strategy and drive process harmonization and standardization, and are responsible for compliance, efficiency, and service excellence. You are both a people leader and a change driver who thrives in an international environment and enjoys optimizing processes while building high-performing teams. You report to the Manager Financial Accounting. As Manager Accounting Operations, you are responsible for the performance, SLAs,compliance and continuous improvement of the Accounting Operations teams. You actively: Coach and develop your team leaders and accounting professionals to become the best version of themselves. Manage and control team performance against KPIs and service level agreements, and report on team performance to management.
