Review and discuss Project Development information and delineate work processes during the pre-construction phase. Oversee the quality of engineering work to ensure accurate interfacing and integration of data across disciplines. Produce accurate plan drawings and technical specifications in accordance with Building Specifications and regulatory standards. Approve engineering documentation and ensure the overall completeness of the scope. Resolve complex technical issues proactively to maintain project timelines and quality. Organize work activities and collaborate closely with co-makers to implement synergies. Who you are You are a technical expert with a passion for high-end maritime engineering and collaborative project management. Proven expertise in a specific technical discipline such as construction, outfit, systems, piping, electrical, or interior. In-depth knowledge of yacht building standards, design codes, and regulations. Ability to work effectively within an international, project-oriented environment.
