Wat ga je doen?
Operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery.
Ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Checking product quality and making sure all quality standards are met.
Identifying minor machine malfunctions and resolving them where possible.
Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised in accordance with food hygiene standards.
Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
Following all safety regulations, hygiene requirements and company procedures.

You have an interest in machinery, technology and food production.
You are motivated, practical and eager to learn.
You work accurately and take quality, hygiene and safety seriously.
You are willing to work in either a 2‑shift or 3‑shift system.
You speak English. Knowledge of Dutch is not required.
You are willing to learn Dutch over time.
Previous experience in production or as a machine operator is an advantage, but motivation and the right attitude are just as important.
You enjoy working in a team and are prepared to take responsibility.
