Over het werk In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn the operator profession step by step. You will work with modern production machines that produce paper bags and will be responsible for the smooth running of the production process. At the beginning of your shift, you prepare the production orders and ensure that the correct materials are available. You then set up the machines, closely monitor the production process, and regularly check the quality of the final product. During your work, you will learn how to identify and resolve minor malfunctions, so that production can continue without interruptions.
In addition, you will ensure that production data is processed correctly and, together with your colleagues, contribute to a safe, clean, and tidy working environment. You will work in a 3-shift system, with the day shift taking place on Monday from 6:55 AM to 3:05 PM and from Tuesday to Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:05 PM. The evening shift is from Monday to Thursday from 2:45 PM to 11:05 PM and on Friday from 2:45 PM to 8:00 PM. The night shift runs from Monday to Thursday from 10:45 PM to 7:05 AM. Because the night shift consists of four nights, you finish on Friday morning and always have a full weekend off. Thanks to the extensive training programme, you will be given every opportunity to develop yourself into an independent operator. Experience as an operator is not necessary; technical insight, a willingness to learn, and motivation are the most important qualities for this position. A starting salary of €3,020.40 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek, including shift allowance. With good performance, you will receive a salary increase every six months during your first two years
