As a Brokerage Support Agent, you ensure that administrative and customer-related processes are handled correctly and efficiently. You work closely with colleagues and help maintain high service levels for customers and internal stakeholders.
Your tasks include:
Handling internal and external email communication professionally and efficiently
Providing customer support by phone with a focus on service quality
Processing and maintaining accurate data and administration
Supporting brokerage activities with administrative tasks
Working together with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes
Monitoring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
Maintaining clear and accurate records in company systems
What's in it for you?
Gross salary of €3,000 per month
Travel allowance according to the applicable scheme

Full-time position of 40 hours per week
Temporary employment contract through Manpower
