Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager The Opportunity Join a growing technology company helping businesses manage complex information, processes, and operations through software, automation, and data.
As Technical Solutions & Implementation Manager, you’ll combine technical problem-solving, customer engagement, implementation, commercial awareness, and team leadership .
You’ll work with customers and internal teams to turn complex requirements into practical solutions, while helping build a scalable Technical Solutions & Implementation function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with senior stakeholders, and having real ownership in a growing business.
What You’ll Do
Lead customer discovery, solution design, implementation, and issue resolution.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Work with data, systems, workflows, integrations, and automation.
Own key customer engagements and drive successful outcomes.
Partner with Commercial, Product, Customer, and Engineering teams.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Technical Solutions & Implementation team.
Build scalable processes, capabilities, and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and delivery.
Your Background
Experience in B2B Saa S, technology, implementation, professional services, technical solutions, customer success, or technical account management.
Experience in commodity trading, energy trading, ETRMs or related environments is a bonus
3+ years of leadership experience , with a track record of developing people.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with customers on complex technology requirements.
Comfortable with data, systems, integrations, automation, and technical tools.
Commercially minded, pragmatic, organised, and comfortable taking ownership.
Strong Excel and presentation skills.
Technical/quantitative background, ideally STEM.
Energy industry experience is a bonus.
Ability to work well in start-up environments
