Overview
In this role you shape identity governance as part of the IGA Platform team within a global food retail group. You lead design, configuration and deployment of IGA solutions and manage the full identity lifecycle across on-prem and cloud environments. You collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, compliant access controls and automation. You’ll influence security posture while enabling smooth user experiences, within a diverse, international setting.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead architecture, configuration and deployment of IGA solutions (SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, IBM ISIM)
- Manage onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification and RBAC/SoD governance
- Integrate IGA with directories (AD/Azure AD), HR systems (Success Factors) and cloud/on-prem apps
- Develop connectors, workflows and integrations to meet business and compliance needs
- Collaborate with audit, risk and compliance teams for regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Troubleshoot IGA issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes
- Lead and mentor junior IAM engineers/analysts
- Drive continuous improvement in IAM/IGA processes, automation and security posture
- Primary on-call incident contact during rotations (24/7 MoD responsibilities)
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Understanding of IAM concepts like Identity Lifecycle Mgmt, RBAC
- Experience in greenfield IGA implementation projects
- Familiarity with SailPoint, IBM ISIM or Saviynt
- Ability to translate requirements into solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience managing a team of Service Integrators (SIs)
