Overview
As an IGA Domain and Solution Architect, you design and govern Identity Governance & Administration across a global, multi-brand environment. You translate IT and security strategy into scalable IAM governance, roadmaps, and reference architectures, guiding delivery teams and stakeholders. You balance security with operational practicality to deliver secure, scalable, and future-proof identities. This role sits within Enterprise Architecture and Cyber Security & IAM, shaping access management to enable safe, efficient operations. You’ll influence portfolio priorities and drive meaningful, cross-brand impact.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate IT strategy into scalable IGA/IAM governance, standards, and operating models; define KPIs and policies
- Define and manage the IGA target-state architecture and roadmap, advising on priorities and investments
- Provide architectural leadership across delivery teams and maintain core artifacts (PSA, reference architecture, high-level designs)
- Design end-to-end IGA solutions with secure, scalable, vendor-aligned designs and compliance-by-design
- Support delivery and operations as escalation point; conduct impact analysis, RCA, audits, and act as MoD on a rotational basis
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Proven experience in IGA/IAM architecture in large/complex environments
- Strong knowledge of IGA/IAM governance, controls, and KPI-driven processes
- Hands-on expertise in identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver), provisioning, access requests, and reviews
- Understanding of RBAC/ABAC, authentication/authorization, and secure-by-design principles
- Experience producing architecture deliverables (reference architectures, PSA docs, high-level designs)
- Ability to provide technical leadership to Product Owners, architects, engineers, and delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management for portfolio prioritization and investment decisions
- Experience supporting operations: incident impact analysis, RCA, audits, and debt management
