Overview
In this role you lead two DevSecOps-driven teams within the Data Differentiation Platform to deliver secure, scalable database and scheduling services. You shape the data management landscape across Albert Heijn, Etos, and Gall & Gall, balancing reliability, security, and cost. You empower autonomous teams and collaborate with architecture, product, and security leaders to enable business outcomes. You drive engineering excellence and operational discipline.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and coach two engineering teams (~30 engineers) to deliver high-quality database and scheduling capabilities
- Remove non-technical blockers and foster autonomous, cross-functional, T-shaped teams
- Embed security by design and ensure compliance with security standards
- Drive reliability, automation, monitoring, and operational excellence across services
- Coordinate with architecture, product, and security to translate needs into delivery plans
- Monitor platform performance, incidents, delivery metrics, and cost to improve effectiveness and stability
- Manage capacity, hiring, and skill development to sustain delivery.
- Align technical decisions with architectural and security guidelines
