Overview
In this role you will plan and optimise European transport across the DENSO network to ensure stable, cost-efficient logistics. You will work with manufacturing sites, partners, and internal teams to improve delivery performance and transport quality. The role focuses on KPI-driven performance, issue resolution, and network optimisation to enhance overall efficiency. You will contribute to a scalable, reliable European transport network that supports DENSO’s mobility mission.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and manage daily and weekly European transport plans
- Optimise plans based on demand and conditions to secure capacity
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth network operation
- Manage delays, capacity shortages and supply risks with timely resolution
- Analyse KPIs, service quality, and costs to identify improvements
- Oversee freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers for performance and compliance
- Analyse costs and routes to optimise logistics costs and service levels
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation using data analysis and automation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in transport management, logistics planning, supply chain or logistics operations
- Understanding of transport planning, networks, and processes
- Experience with freight forwarders, carriers or logistics providers
- Experience handling logistics KPI or cost data and working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in international business environment, automotive industry or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with ERP systems, TMS, Power BI, databases, or Excel is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
