You’ll collaborate with engineers, PMs, and supply chain to define data ownership and quality rules, and you’ll lead data stewards to maintain accuracy and compliance. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and maintain data ownership and data quality rules
- Develop data risk profiles and ensure data security
- Manage data definitions and descriptions within governance frameworks
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and supply chain to document data needs
- Monitor data metrics, validate and cleanse data, address errors
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate data-related risks
- Provide training and support on data quality issues and best practices
- Stay updated on data management tools and promote continuous improvement
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a relevant field
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years in program/project management within data governance, data quality, or large‑scale data transformation
- Strong foundation in data management, governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO)
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methods
- Experience with BI reporting systems and data analysis tools
- English proficiency; Dutch is a plus
- EU citizenship and passport required due to military project constraints
- Willingness for potential business travel or assignments abroad
