Overview
As a System install engineer & coordinator, you install, commission and test ASML lithography systems at customer sites worldwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will travel extensively to enable the production of advanced semiconductor chips and contribute to continuous improvement and customer success. This role blends hands-on engineering with project coordination, offering exposure to international environments and diverse teams. You will drive installation quality, coordinate scopes, and share lessons learned to optimize processes. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Install, configure, test, and commission ASML lithography systems at customer sites worldwide
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and system-level adjustments to specifications and quality standards
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during installation and startup activities
- Execute upgrades, modifications, and system improvements on installed machines
- Collaborate with factory teams, technical specialists, and customer support to resolve issues
- Report installation progress, technical findings, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and supporting process optimization initiatives
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related technical discipline
- Experience with project coordination, progress reporting, escalation management, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or DMAIC
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications
- Experience coordinating technical teams or complex technical projects is preferred
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and locations
- Clear and effective English communication (verbal and written)
- Analytical mindset with ability to make balanced decisions under pressure
