Overview
As System Install Owner, you lead and own the full installation of DUV systems, ensuring on-time delivery, first-time quality, and KPI achievement. You work independently and with customer-support teams to manage on-site execution, risks, and recovery actions, while driving learnings for continuous improvement. You bridge installation teams and Veldhoven, safeguarding quality and transparent status updates. This role offers high autonomy, travel, and impact on critical deployments in ASML’s DUV program.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Prepare installations and transfer systems from factory to field, staying current with developments
- Investigate deviations, ODRs, and DNs and prepare technical/logistical resolutions
- Oversee on-site installation with focus on quality, cycle time, and cost
- Coordinate, report, and drive installation progress
- Develop and adjust daily plans and provide initial action plans
- Escalate issues data-driven while ensuring ownership and closure
- Identify resource needs and address them
- Capture learnings and share improvements across teams
- Communicate with stakeholders and act as the on-site link between the team and Veldhoven
- Own Installation Quality and ensure compliance with ASML standards and customer expectations
- Foster continuous improvement and standardize best practices across installs
- Analyze performance losses and propose improvements for cycle time, quality, and cost
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial)
- Hands-on technical experience and problem-solving using known methods (e.g., PDCA, DMAIC)
- Experience in progress reporting, customer interaction, field operations, and process improvement projects
- Experience coordinating a team of Install-engineers and local stakeholders
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
