Overview
In this role you lead ASML's Security Incident Response Team within the SOC, guiding analysts and driving improvements to the security posture. You’ll manage people, coordinate end-to-end SIRT operations, and mentor across cyber, IT, OT, DLP, and physical security domains. You influence process and technical guidance, fostering cross-functional collaboration with leadership and service delivery management. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping incident response practices at scale.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary SIRT team to handle a broad range of security incidents
- Oversee daily operations, performance, and resource allocation across end-to-end SIRT processes
- Provide process improvements and align work with ASML's incident management workflow
- Mentor analysts to broaden expertise and strengthen security posture
- Collaborate with leadership and Service Delivery Management to optimize capacity and coordination
- Ensure high-quality incident analysis, documentation, and resolution
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of management experience in a multinational corporate security environment
- Proven experience with security monitoring and incident response activities
- Broad experience across IT, Information, OT, or Physical Security domains
- Master’s degree working and thinking level
- CISM, CISSP, or SANS GSOC/GSOM certification must-have
