Overview
In this role, you own the Real Estate masterplan and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects to align with ASML’s business goals. You drive cost control, program governance, and cross-functional delivery across global sites. You translate strategic priorities into project initiation and plans, shaping Master Plans and regional strategies. You will lead multidisciplinary programs within the Building Generation Process and collaborate with senior stakeholders to maximize business value.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own and develop the Real Estate masterplan in collaboration with Corporate Real Estate and regional sites
- Act as principal for new construction projects and align plans worldwide with ASML’s business strategy
- Drive and monitor program budgets, cost controls, scope, and quality; consolidate project financials
- Lead multidisciplinary programs per the CRE Building Generation Process (BGP) and develop process improvements
- Translate priorities into project initiation documents, feasibility studies, and project plans
- Participate in Operational and Executive SteerCo meetings with Global Projects team
- Define stakeholders, manage stakeholder relations, and ensure compliance with standards (safety, quality, risk, financial)
- Support regional master plans with strategic analyses and coordination across teams
- Ensure alignment with ASML standards and governance for programs and projects
- Travel as required to support activities across locations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in a relevant field
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in large construction/renovation projects in international high-tech production environments
- Strong relational skills and ability to handle diverse stakeholders across management to technical staff
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of quality standards and legislation (EN/ISO, sustainability, Bouwbesluit)
- Ability to navigate cultural and political barriers and work in a matrix organization
- Understanding of how technical choices impact solutions
