Overview
As Project Change Manager at ASML, you drive structure and momentum for transformation within Culture & Transformation, leading change initiatives across Risk, Business Assurance & Security. You enable adoption of new ways of working through tailored approaches, mentoring stakeholders, and coordinating global communications. You will guide program leaders and teams, translating strategic goals into actionable change plans and ensuring sustainable outcomes. This role connects cross-functional programs to a unified change agenda, offering a meaningful impact on how ASML evolves.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead and coordinate change initiatives across RBA&S and wider transformation programs
- Coach program leaders, project managers and stakeholders on adoption of change
- Plan and execute change interventions and communications across global and local teams
- Translate strategic change goals into tailored, context-specific approaches
- Monitor adoption, identify risks, and adjust strategies for sustainable impact
- Contribute to the change community by expanding capabilities across teams
- Embed required changes so business is ready to adopt and sustain the impact
- Formulate standards and best practices within a competence-center approach
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor in Behavioral Science or related field is advantageous
- Experience in business administration, project management, or change management
- Proven track record in managing change across functional areas and large-scale projects
- Professional change management certification is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all organizational levels
- Familiarity with budgeting and change processes in matrixed environments
- Results-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects with autonomy
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (valid permit)
