Overview
In this M&A Manager role, you will support the full transaction lifecycle—identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities for ASML. You’ll work with the Head of M&A and cross-functional teams to analyze markets, build financial models, and coordinate due diligence. Your impact comes from delivering data-driven recommendations and guiding deal execution across the organization. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and stakeholder alignment. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor assessments to identify potential targets aligned with ASML’s priorities
- Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate transactions and inform senior stakeholders
- Coordinate and support end-to-end due diligence across ASML functions
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless transaction execution
- Ensure consistency and alignment through the M&A lifecycle, securing stakeholder buy-in
- Manage multiple workstreams with strong time-management to balance priorities and expectations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, management consulting, or similar M&A roles
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, or similar (graduate degree preferred)
- ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
