Overview
As Manager Customer Connectivity, you lead end-to-end global services that enable ASML to install, support and improve products at customer sites. You will manage teams, suppliers, and strategic projects within a key connectivity domain that spans network, application services, and customer operations. You play a pivotal role on the Management Team, shaping service delivery and the department’s direction in a global context. This position offers high impact across Development, Engineering, Customer Service and Manufacturing, with opportunities to grow as a leader.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee demand management and roadmaps (short-, mid-, long-term)
- Manage key platforms and service-delivery suppliers
- Coordinate global deployment and ensure time, budget, and quality constraints
- Engage and manage stakeholders across end-users and internal IT
- Lead people management and team development
- Contribute to department-wide financial management and strategy
- Participate in strategic direction and future development of the department
Belangrijkste vereisten
- MSc in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent
- 8+ years building/managing IT delivery teams
- 5+ years as leader in a multi-team environment
- 3+ years working with large IT suppliers and off-shoring
- experience with internationally distributed teams
- technical background or strong interest in technology
- experience in equivalent size/complexity environments is a strong plus
