Overview
In this role you drive the Speak-Up and investigations framework within Vanderlande’s Compliance & Ethics team. You will lead and support sensitive investigations, coordinate with HR, Legal, Internal Audit and others, and translate findings into practical improvements. You help ensure consistent handling of allegations and foster a culture of integrity across a global organization. The role offers exposure to cross-border governance and the chance to strengthen controls in a multinational setting. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to shaping the company’s compliance landscape.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and maintain Vanderlande’s Speak-Up and investigations framework, including intake, triage, procedures, reporting and follow-up
- Lead or support investigations into potential breaches of law or Code of Conduct, including case assessments and interviews
- Monitor remediation and follow-up actions, identify recurring themes and drive improvements to policies, processes and controls
- Support awareness, training and guidance to managers and investigators on confidential handling and non-retaliation
- Act as subject matter expert on investigations and Speak-Up governance; coach colleagues and standardize playbooks and templates
- Collaborate with HR, Internal Audit, Legal and management on sensitive matters and cross-border integration of frameworks
- Contribute to investigation reporting, trend analysis and lessons learned
- Promote a consistent, global approach by integrating frameworks from Vanderlande and Siemens Logistics
- Provide practical guidance to improve policies, processes and controls based on investigation outcomes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master’s degree in law or equivalent experience in related fields
- 7–12 years of experience in investigations, compliance or fraud risk management at an international organization
- Hands-on experience with internal investigations and Speak-Up programs
- Experience coaching colleagues in investigations (even without formal management)
- Strong judgment, discretion and integrity in handling sensitive matters
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
