Overview
In this role, you act as a senior financial partner to enabling functions (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement) and help translate strategy into financial outcomes. You will challenge leaders with insights, drive budgeting and long-term planning, and support decision-making at board level. The position sits in a high-visibility, international setting and emphasizes value creation through cross-functional collaboration. You will shape performance management and continuous improvement across the organization.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Act as the primary finance business partner for senior leaders across multiple enabling functions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for areas of responsibility
- Monitor performance and provide forward-looking insights and recommendations
- Challenge plans and business cases to ensure sound decision-making and optimal resource allocation
- Analyze costs, FTE development and productivity trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders and Board members
- Support leadership teams in achieving strategic objectives through performance management
- Take an enterprise-wide perspective to identify synergies across functions
- Drive continuous improvements in planning, reporting, governance and financial processes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Business Control, FP&A or financial business partnering roles
- Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, planning and performance management processes
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to link insights to business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to challenge senior leaders and engage with executive management
- Proactive, independent and results-driven mindset
- Experience partnering with enabling functions such as HR, IT, Finance or Procurement (advantage)
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus
