Overview
In this role you define and evolve Kramp’s security engineering and architecture practices across the technology landscape, embedding security by design in product development. You will translate security principles into practical guidance for Product Teams and collaborate with Security, Platform, and Product stakeholders to ensure secure delivery. You lead the establishment of guardrails, tooling, and governance to improve security posture and awareness across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on shaping secure, scalable solutions and a culture of proactive risk management.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and develop Kramp’s security engineering vision, principles, and standards for Product Teams
- Define and drive security guardrails and tooling (including CI/CD controls) and ensure response to findings
- Oversee vulnerability management (SonarQube, Dependabot, security scans, penetration tests) and translate findings into preventive controls
- Enable Secure Ways of Working through workshops and hands-on guidance to strengthen security ownership
- Define meaningful security metrics and dashboards and report trends to Product Teams and management
- Collaborate on Security Architecture to embed least privilege, data minimization and resilience across solutions
- Turn assessment/incident lessons into improved standards and practices
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7+ years of experience in software development, system implementation, or security-related roles
- Experience defining or shaping a security engineering vision, strategy, or framework across multiple teams
- Proven experience with security-by-design, vulnerability management, security assessments and tooling
- Strong understanding of software development processes, SaaS, cloud platforms, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, and modern architectures
- Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive adoption of standards across teams
