Overview
In this Senior Tech Lead role, you will shape the IT delivery for the Consumer Interaction area within Rabobank’s Tech4Engineering. You will lead with a strategic, people-focused mindset, translating complex challenges into actionable plans and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services. You will drive transformation, risk and security governance, and continuous improvement while aligning with Rabobank’s strategy. This position offers impact at scale, coaching large squads and partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and execute the IT delivery strategy for the Consumer Interaction area
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and engage across levels
- Proactively manage IT risks and uphold security standards
- Act as stand-by manager for quarterly business continuity and 24x7 service delivery
- Manage approximately 6 squads and about 40 colleagues to foster development and craftsmanship
- Oversee budgets and optimize service deployment and maintenance efficiency
- Lead the transition to empowered, high-performing teams with upskilling and reskilling
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, including vendor and partner negotiations and joint development efforts
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in senior leadership roles within complex IT environments
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset balancing objectives, risks, and stakeholders
- Proven experience leading large teams (around 40 employees) and driving DevOps culture
- Extensive knowledge of Agile and DevOps, including work item management and portfolio management
- Experience with offshore/nearshore collaboration and business-level Dutch and English
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus
