- Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution
- Lead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and roadmap definition
- Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof architectures
- Ensure alignment between business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Technical Architects and delivery teams for successful delivery
- Provide governance and quality assurance across projects and programs
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen consulting and solution design
- Support pre-sales and proposal development to shape new opportunities
