Overview
In this role, you own the product direction for bol’s ShopCore Backend, shaping the foundation that enables 55+ teams to build faster and more reliably. You translate strategy into measurable goals, coordinate delivery, and balance dependencies across the backend products that power multiple shopping channels. You work with engineering, architecture, product, and security to drive platform-wide initiatives that improve scalability and delivery agility. This is a hands-on, cross-functional PM role focused on real impact, from defining outcomes to guiding complex platform programs. You’ll anchor the roadmap in business impact while enabling teams to innovate with confidence.
