Overview
In this role you will shape how orders are sourced, shipped, bundled, cancelled and fulfilled, spanning warehouses, partners and fulfillment networks. You balance customer experience, cost, capacity and reliability to optimize millions of orders. You’ll lead cross-functional work with engineers, analysts and logisticians to define the strategic direction and execution for Order Realization. The role drives measurable impact on delivery experience and operational efficiency within bol’s logistics network. You will influence both short-term outcomes and long-term platform investments, delivering value at scale.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Order Realization
- Lead discovery and delivery across sourcing, fulfilment, capacity utilisation and logistics cost reduction
- Partner with stakeholders across Logistics, Consumer & Partner Journey, Warehousing and Capacity Planning
- Drive initiatives that improve order sourcing quality and delivery efficiency while minimizing cost
- Guide the team in balancing short-term business outcomes with long-term platform investments
