Overview
As Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Planning, you will support Clinical Trial Teams to manage trial timelines and enable planning systems. You will own MSP templates, drive Planisware adoption, and develop clear visualizations to inform governance and execution. You will collaborate with GTLs, DPMs, and Portfolio Planning to standardize data and provide actionable insights. This role sits at the intersection of planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, helping trials run on time and with quality. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Enable Planisware usage across GTLs and ensure trial plans reflect assumptions and strategy
- Coordinate with DPMs to align trial plans with program and asset timelines
- Contribute to Planisware templates and standards through structured insights
- Develop and maintain MSP Trial Planning template for study phases and align with planning standards
- Provide guidance to GTLs for consistent, high-quality timeline development using MSP
- Create visualization templates from Planisware/ MSP data for milestones and activities
- Act as Planisware SME, reinforce training, and promote standardized planning methods
- Prepare governance-ready timeline views and materials, anticipating triggers and risks
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10+ years in clinical trial operations, project management, or trial planning
- Experience driving planning system adoption and cross-functional influence
- Experience developing or standardizing planning templates or reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of portfolio-level planning and governance
