Overview
As a Machine Learning Engineer at bol, you will design, build, and deploy ML-powered features for fast, data-driven product discovery. You’ll work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate models into scalable, real-time systems that enhance customer experiences. You’ll bridge data science and software engineering, applying MLOps practices and cloud tech to low-latency, high-traffic services. A key focus is advancing search with ML, embeddings, and LLM-enabled capabilities to improve relevance and discovery.

- Design and deploy ML solutions powering search and recommendations
- Bridge data science concepts with production-ready software

Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, preferably in Search or Recommendations
- Strong Python and SQL
- Data engineering skills (Airflow, DBT, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Experience deploying ML in production on cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Comfortable with agile workflows and A/B testing
- MLOps familiarity and ability to take ML concepts from idea to production
