Overview
As a RELEX Consultant, you implement the RELEX platform for retail clients, ensuring solutions align with business needs in space and assortment. You guide clients from analysis through go-live and beyond, leveraging RELEX to maximize business impact. You will collaborate with client teams and internal specialists, contribute to expanding the RELEX proposition, and support proposals for new clients. This is a growth-focused role at IG&H, combining technology, change management, and collaboration to drive international expansion and client success.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate client requirements into scalable RELEX configurations
- Work with RELEX, client teams, and internal specialists
- Configure RELEX Space & Assortment based on future-state processes
- Independently deliver configurations following RELEX best practices
- Contribute to building and expanding the RELEX proposition
- Support development and presentation of proposals for prospective clients
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience including retail consulting and/or end-to-end digital transformation or RELEX experience
- Strong knowledge of RELEX S&A and preferably RELEX certification
- Excellent communication in Polish and English, able to align stakeholders and support executives
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the Netherlands and internationally
