In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of global clinical trials, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within regulatory and quality standards. You lead with autonomy, manage vendors and investigators, and mitigate risks to safeguard trial integrity. You contribute to Genmab’s mission to improve lives through innovative antibody medicines in a global, matrixed environment. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead global trial planning, setup, and execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance
- Oversee trial documentation and systems for accuracy and readiness
- Drive site feasibility, selection, and activation with CROs and internal stakeholders
- Manage CROs and service providers to ensure quality and on-time deliverables
- Identify and mitigate operational risks using risk-based quality management
- Oversee protocol deviations and issue escalation/resolution
- Monitor trial performance and data quality with metrics-driven improvements
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, vendors, and investigators
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years in clinical trial management in pharma/biotech
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and clinical drug development lifecycle
- Experience managing global, multi-center trials in a matrixed organization
- Proven project management and vendor oversight skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Oncology or therapeutic area experience desirable
