Overview
As Sales Advisor, you help create an outstanding in-store experience that reflects the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands. You will act as a brand ambassador, build relationships with customers, and guide them through styling and product recommendations. You’ll work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, collaborating with the team to meet store KPIs and maintain a visually engaging shop. This role offers the chance to influence customer satisfaction and contribute to brand standards in a flagship retail location.

- Deliver high customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Authorize discounts and address customer inquiries as the first point of contact
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and act as a brand ambassador
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships
- Create outfits for customers and propose further product recommendations
- Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
- Lead store KPIs and suggest improvements
- Ensure store and stockroom upkeep, presentation, and organization
