Overview
In this role you help ensure Loomis Utrecht complies with Dutch and EU financial regulations as an AIFM, supporting risk and regulatory reporting. You’ll work closely with local and global teams to implement regulatory changes, maintain manuals, and supervise compliance across the Utrecht office. You will manage filings, training, and communication with regulators, contributing to a robust governance framework. This position offers scope to shape cross-border compliance processes and support a global asset-management business. You’ll join a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings (Annex IV, Benchmark Values Reporting, DORA Register, ICAAP, etc.)
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the firm
- Update the Loomis Utrecht Compliance Manual to reflect regulatory developments
- Oversee Loomis Utrecht employees’ adherence to compliance policies and procedures
- Provide compliance training to Loomis Utrecht staff
- Monitor quarterly compliance and risk checklist items for reporting to the board and committees
- Prepare compliance reports for quarterly committee meetings
- Communicate with regulators in Dutch on compliance matters
- Escalate compliance or risk issues to the board and Deputy CCO
- Collaborate with Loomis US Technology teams on DORA and GDPR compliance
- Coordinate with Global AML Officer on local AML requirements
- Coordinate with Loomis UK HR on Health and Safety duties
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or Law
- At least 3 years of regulatory compliance experience at an AIFM
- Working knowledge of Wft and AIFMD regulations
- Working knowledge of MiFID II requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to determine regulatory impacts of new products, accounts, roles and jurisdictions
