Overview
As Product Owner E2E Critical Business Chain Visualisation, you shape the vision and roadmap for an integrated observability dashboard. You collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Business stakeholders to balance continuity, reliability, and scalability while delivering clear business value. You will unify data from multiple sources into a single, actionable view of critical business chains. This role offers impact through proactive risk detection, faster incident resolution, and improved customer experience in a global banking context.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for E2E visualization of critical business chains
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across technology and business domains
- Drive integration and visualization of observability data from multiple tools into reliable dashboards
- Lead decisions that balance operational resilience with engineering priorities and data quality
- Ensure the product delivers measurable outcomes and clear business value
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Academic working and thinking level with a relevant field degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of Product Owner/Management experience in a complex enterprise
- Strong knowledge of observability, IT Operations, Service Management and monitoring
- Experience with SUSE Observability, Dynatrace, Splunk, OBM or similar tools
- Experience with ITIL, SRE, DevOps and operational resilience (advantage)
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into a roadmap and backlog
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent English; Dutch is a plus
