Overview
As Product Owner Adherence, you will lead a product domain that makes compliance, risk, and security processes clear, reliable, and scalable for engineers and product teams. You’ll shape the vision and roadmap in alignment with area strategy, steering discovery and delivery toward outcomes and adoption. You will collaborate across teams to balance usability, risk, and compliance, while driving transparency and value. This role offers impact across a large banking environment and opportunities to embed innovation, including data, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.

- Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and success measures for your product or service domain
- Guide discovery and delivery with your team, using feedback and evidence to make decisions
- Support reliable, secure, compliant, and user-friendly solutions that can grow with the organisation
- Connect teams, topic owners, users, and decision-makers around shared outcomes
- Focus on outcome-based success, such as adoption, usage, and value realized
- Define and track KPIs related to usage, data quality, onboarding efficiency, and reliability
- Continuously improve developer and topic-owner experience through feedback and metrics
- Influence and align senior and operational stakeholders across organisational boundaries to achieve shared objectives
