Overview
In this role you support sales by translating customer needs into valuable Thinkproject solutions. You will be the product and domain expert across Thinkproject functions, guiding opportunities from discovery to demonstration and RFI/RFP responses. You’ll present value-driven use cases, tailor demos, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation teams. This is a cross-functional role focused on enterprise and invest accounts, shaping deals and customer outcomes. You’ll work in a collaborative, data-driven environment with ongoing learning opportunities and a strong emphasis on customer value.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Identify customer opportunities and pain points; define use cases and business value
- Provide technical expertise across Thinkproject functions during opportunity lifecycle
- Contribute to the PreSales process with discovery, value-based conversations, demos, and client pitches
- Define product/solution scope for smooth transition to implementation
- Develop presales collateral (use cases, demo material, storyboards, video messages)
- Assess and respond to RFIs/RFPs from a technical perspective
- Identify new opportunities with existing customers
- Provide structured feedback to product and development teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Min 3 years proven experience in a similar role
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable
