Overview
As a Senior Consultant in PA’s Operations & Improvement team, you will lead complex operational engagements that improve efficiency, resilience, and value across client value chains. You’ll balance delivery leadership with shaping client roadmaps and developing long-term relationships. The role combines hands-on transformation with strategic advisory to drive measurable benefits. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on end-to-end improvements and contribute to thought leadership within the function.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead delivery of complex operational improvement engagements with measurable benefits and high client satisfaction
- Act as trusted adviser to senior client stakeholders on operational excellence, cost optimization, supply chain performance, and process improvement
- Diagnose current operational performance, identify opportunities, and design data-driven initiatives
- Define and deliver end-to-end improvements across operating models, processes, systems, and ways of working
- Own and grow key client accounts by identifying follow-on opportunities and shaping roadmaps
- Support business development activities including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client presentations
- Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the team
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in operations, operational excellence, process improvement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related consulting/industry role
- Proven track record leading and delivering complex operational or transformation initiatives with benefit realization
- Strong understanding of performance improvement, cost optimization, and value-chain analysis
- Excellent analytical skills translating data into insights and recommendations
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience leading teams and developing others
- Experience supporting or leading business development and account growth, including proposals and client relationships
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
