Overview
In this role you will strengthen SAP security and access controls across ECC and SAP S/4HANA in a regulated pharma environment. You will partner with the SAP CoE and external consultants to ensure compliant, audit-ready security setups. You will drive the design, provisioning, and validation of roles, access reviews, and SOX/GxP-aligned controls. This is a chance to shape secure SAP landscapes that support Genmab’s mission to develop breakthrough antibody medicines.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and maintain SAP security concepts and roles across ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Manage SAP user provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access, and access reviews
- Configure and operate SAP GRC and Pathlock for access control and SOD monitoring
- Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori security (catalogs, groups, roles)
- Assist security integration with bolt-on apps such as BlackLine
- Contribute to audits by preparing evidence and reports on SAP access controls
- Support system validation activities including impact and risk assessments
- Maintain SAP security documentation (role concepts, procedures, control descriptions)
- Collaborate with SAP CoE and coordinate with AMS external consultants
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5–7 years hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience in pharma/regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA security concepts and SAP Fiori authorization design
- Experience with bolt-on applications like BlackLine and Pathlock exposure
- Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
