Overview
In this role you will shape early development programs by coordinating cross-functional plans from nomination through first-in-human milestones.
You’ll partner with CDTLs and leaders across CDT to align timelines, risks, and decisions, while enabling smooth transitions to later-stage development.
You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht to drive efficient program governance and external collaboration, contributing to Genmab’s mission of KYSO antibody medicines that change lives.

- Plan and facilitate global CDT and partner meetings; document decisions, assign owners, and track actions
- Coordinate Translational Project Team meetings and document follow-ups
- Prepare cross-functional program documents and presentations with clear strategy, risks, and decisions
- Support governance reviews and cross-forum alignment (CDT, TPS, PJB, TQS)
- Track cross-functional deliverables, resolve dependencies, escalate milestone-impacting issues
- Provide timely program reporting for leadership and portfolio reviews
- Adhere to SOPs and maintain project planning artifacts
- Develop integrated project plans in coordination with CDTL and functional leads
- Identify critical path activities, assess changes, and communicate implications
- Support e PDP development and ensure alignment of strategy, plans, and governance decisions
- Assist budgeting with Finance Partner and CDTL
- Coordinate governance planning and team events
- Contribute to consistent e DPM processes, templates, and lessons learned
- Maintain shared project site and onboard new team members
- Ensure alignment with external partners as required
- Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor degree; Masters or Ph D preferred
- Minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech
- At least 2 years managing cross-functional preclinical and/or early-stage projects
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project; Planisware preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team relationship building
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
