As Lead Business Architect Engineering & Enterprise Tech, you shape Rabobank’s technology landscape with a clear vision and roadmap. You unite business, IT, engineering and executive stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture for enterprise domains. You influence transformation roadmaps and guide cross-functional delivery to support growth and customer focus. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and steer the long-term IT strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Engineering and Enterprise domain.
- Coach and develop business architects to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
- Lead stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and executive leadership to realise target architecture and roadmap.
- Balance business needs with technical possibilities, manage priorities, and support decision-making with timely escalation when needed.
- Guide implementation of the domain target vision to ensure feasibility and sustainability.
- Influence IT vendor and sourcing strategies in line with Rabobank’s long-term vision.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 15 years of senior business or enterprise architecture experience
- Extensive IT platform architecture experience with governance of large-scale enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across business and technology
- Strong leadership track record in coaching and developing senior professionals
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Based in the Netherlands and legally authorized to work there
