Overview
As Field Service Specialist, you deliver Ecolab’s Food & Beverage value to local and CA customers through service execution that aligns with contract commitments.
You support value creation, safety, and operational efficiency while driving TVC targets and margin management.
You work with cross-functional teams to implement safety practices, deploy digital tools, and offer trainings and consultancy to customers.
This role combines field execution with strategic growth through RTW initiatives and proactive opportunity identification.
- Verantwoordelijkheden
- Deliver service aligned with customer contracts and SLA to local and CA clients
- Execute RTW actions to retain and grow business
- Report activities in the Hub per guidelines from Account Manager and Business Development Manager
- Implement corrective actions to realign with contracts and customer expectations
- Manage margin to meet gross profit plan
- Execute GMI activities and shape product mix toward core range
- Provide trainings and technical consultancy on products, equipment, cleaning, food safety, and TCO
- Deliver Food Safety Package and use digital tools to support TVC for customers
- Conduct field tests of innovations and report results
- Perform safety tasks: Be safe assessments, PPE readiness, safety observations, and incident reporting
- Complete administrative tasks: internal reporting, TVC/safety activities, monthly travel expenses
- Travel to visit customers (4–5 days/week)
- Maintain customer training and digital tool usage with technical excellence teams
