Overview
In this role you will drive adoption and optimisation of e-procurement platforms within a global, digitally transforming procurement function. You will bridge business and technology, enabling compliant, efficient Source-to-Pay processes across regions and with suppliers. You’ll design training, monitor adoption and data quality, and support audits while translating needs into practical requirements. This is an impact role that shapes procurement governance, KPI-driven improvements, and cross-functional initiatives in a multinational setting.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Drive global adoption and optimisation of e-procurement and guided-buying platforms
- Create and deliver end-user and key-user training materials
- Provide first-line functional support and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor Source-to-Pay compliance, data quality, and process adherence
- Create operational reports and dashboards on adoption, usage, and performance
- Support audits through reporting and controls monitoring
- Gather user feedback and translate into requirements
- Coordinate UAT and release readiness activities
- Define and monitor operational KPIs
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and supplier enablement programs
- Challenge non-compliant practices and promote best-practice procurement processes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in procurement operations, e-procurement, Source-to-Pay, or procurement digitalisation
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, guided buying, requisitioning, catalogues, contracts, and controls
- Hands-on experience with SAP and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in international environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
