As Distribution Area Lead you drive operational performance across multiple Hubs in the Netherlands by coaching Hub Leads and frontline teams. You translate data into actions to improve safety, service quality, and efficiency while supporting rapid growth. You work across sites and the Amsterdam office to align distribution strategies with the company mission of reshaping grocery delivery. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead leadership development and mentorship for current and future Hub leaders
- Coach Runners, Runner+ roles and Hub Leads to meet safety, service quality, and efficiency targets
- Drive daily operational improvements by identifying KPIs and customer experience drivers
- Translate feedback into concrete actions and guide teams from startup to high performance
- Maintain deep understanding of distribution strategies, systems, processes, and equipment
- Coach and support multiple Hubs via on-site visits and close performance follow-up
- Collaborate with Hubs, Amsterdam office, and remote teams for alignment
- Continuously optimize processes with a data-driven approach in a fast-paced setting
- Navigate rapid company growth with an entrepreneurial, generalist mindset
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
- 3-6 years in a leadership role, ideally in logistics, e-commerce or hospitality
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Curious, mature, and confident to coach and intervene
- Strong people and process focus
- Hands-on, flexible and results-oriented
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to different hub locations
- Driver's license (type B)
